Make these Sunshine Lemon Jello Whips for dessert! They’re light and fluffy and bursting with lemon flavour! Simple and so delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 9 g box sugar free lemon jello or 1 (85 g) box regular jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix the lemon jello powder with the boiling and cold water, making sure to mix well until the jello dissolves.
  • Then pour the jello into a blender.
  • Add the Greek yogurt to the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into about 4 – 5 small cups to set.
  • Cover the cups and put them in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours. They can sit overnight.
  • Top with whipped cream and fresh lemon zest and enjoy!
